All-Time Low
The lowest price an asset has ever reached, as recorded by a given source.
An all-time low, or ATL, is the lowest price an asset has ever reached according to a given data source's recorded history.
Like an all-time high, this is simply a historical reference point and doesn't by itself indicate anything about how an asset's price will move going forward.
Examples
- A newer asset's all-time low is often close to its launch price, since it has less trading history.
- All-time low figures can vary slightly between different data sources.
