What data is currently collected
The current site includes Google Analytics configured in the application. That means usage analytics such as page views, device/browser information, and general traffic patterns may be collected through the configured analytics provider. Cookies may also be used by the analytics system as configured by the site. If you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is stored with Resend, our third-party email provider, so we can send you Kaavon updates.
What is not currently collected
The repository does not currently show account creation, login flows, user accounts, subscription management, or a CRM. Beyond the newsletter signup described above, there is no other backend contact or data-collection system.
Contact information and user communication
If a visitor contacts Kaavon via email at contact@kaavon.com, the email content is handled by the email provider and is outside the current product codebase. The current site does not operate a customer portal or automated data collection system for direct messages.
Legal review required
This policy is a preliminary public summary and should be reviewed by the Founder or legal counsel before publication as a final legal document. Specific items that may require review include analytics scope, retention practices, newsletter data handling, and final jurisdictional compliance obligations.
