Conviction Voting
A governance model where voting power on a proposal grows the longer it stays supported.
Conviction voting is a governance model where a voter's influence on a specific proposal grows continuously the longer they keep their support committed to it, rather than a vote being a single fixed-weight action cast once.
This is intended to favor sustained, genuine community preference over proposals that only briefly attract support.
