Floor Price

The lowest currently listed asking price within an NFT collection.

The floor price of an NFT collection is the lowest price at which any item from that collection is currently listed for sale, commonly used as a simple reference point for the collection's minimum entry cost.

It reflects only the cheapest current listing, not necessarily the collection's typical sale price, overall demand, or the value of its more sought-after individual items.

Examples

  • A collection's floor price rising can indicate increasing demand for even its least expensive items.
  • Floor price alone doesn't capture the value of rarer, higher-priced items within the same collection.
